Connect ChatGPT to Booked55

Follow these steps to connect your ChatGPT account to Booked55 via the MCP server. Once connected you can manage contacts, companies, pipelines, tasks, and events using natural language.

Step 1 — Enable Developer Mode in ChatGPT

  1. Open chatgpt.com and sign in.
  2. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Navigate to Apps (previously called "Apps & Connectors").
  5. Scroll down and click Advanced settings.
  6. Toggle Developer mode to ON.

Step 2 — Create the Booked55 MCP App

  1. Go back to Settings → Apps and click Create.
  2. Fill in the details:
    • App name: Booked55 CRM
    • Description: Manage contacts, companies, pipelines, tasks, and events in Booked55.
    • App URL / MCP endpoint: https://mcp.booked55.com
  3. For Authentication, select OAuth. The MCP server will handle the rest automatically.
  4. Click Create.

Step 3 — Authorise with Booked55

  1. After creating the app, ChatGPT will redirect you to the Booked55 login page.
  2. Sign in with your Booked55 email and password (or create an account if you don't have one).
  3. Review the requested permissions and click Authorise.
  4. You will be redirected back to ChatGPT. The app is now connected.

Step 4 — Enable the App in a Chat

  1. Open a new ChatGPT conversation.
  2. Click the + button near the message composer.
  3. Click More to see available apps.
  4. Find Booked55 CRM and toggle it ON.

You can also mention the app with @Booked55 CRM in your prompt to invoke it directly.

Step 5 — Start using it

Try these example prompts to get started:

Add a contact

Add a new contact: John Smith, john@example.com, VP of Sales at Acme Corp.

Search contacts

Find all contacts whose name contains "Sarah".

Create a company

Create a company called "TechStart Inc." based in Toronto.

Search companies

Search for companies with "consulting" in the name.

Create a task

Create a follow-up task for John Smith: "Send proposal by Friday", high priority.

List pipeline deals

Show me all deals in my sales pipeline.

Move a deal

Update the "Acme Corp deal" pipeline item to the "Negotiation" stage.

Log an event

Create an event called "SaaS Connect Toronto" on March 15, 2026.

Troubleshooting

The app doesn't appear in my list

Make sure Developer Mode is enabled in your ChatGPT settings. On Business/Enterprise plans, your workspace admin must enable it first.

Authorization fails

Verify you are signing in with the same email used for your Booked55 account. If you don't have an account yet, create one for free.

Tools are not responding

Check that the MCP endpoint is set to exactly https://mcp.booked55.com with no trailing slash. If issues persist, disconnect the app and reconnect it.
