Templates

Email templates save you time by providing reusable content for campaigns and individual emails. Templates support rich text formatting, HTML editing, and dynamic variables that personalize each message with contact and company data.

Templates list

The Templates page shows a searchable table of all templates in your workspace. Search by template name, subject, or body content. The global user filter restricts the view to templates created by a specific team member.

What templates support

• Rich text editing — Visual editor for formatting text, adding links, and styling content.
• HTML mode — Switch to raw HTML for full control over layout and styling.
• Dynamic variables — Placeholders like {{contact.first_name}} that are replaced with real data when sent.
• Attachments — Add inline and regular file attachments to templates.
