Add tasks illustration

Activities are the daily building blocks of your sales process. Every call, meeting, email, and follow-up should be logged as an activity so you have a clear record of engagement and can measure performance on the Scoreboard.

Activities list

The Activities page shows a table of all tasks and activities in your workspace. The table includes columns for:

  • Contact — The person the activity relates to.
  • Description — What the activity is about.
  • Date — When the activity is scheduled or was completed.
  • Type — The kind of activity (call, meeting, email, etc.).
  • Assigned — The team member responsible.
  • Status — Active, completed, or deleted.

Status tabs

Toggle between activity views:

  • Active — Tasks that still need to be done.
  • Completed — Tasks that have been finished.
  • Deleted — Tasks that were removed (with delete reason tracked).

Date filters

Quickly narrow the list by time range:

  • Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow
  • This Week, Last Week
  • Custom date range

AI-generated vs. manual tasks

The filter bar lets you toggle between:

  • All — Both AI and manual tasks.
  • AI Generated — Tasks suggested by Booked55's AI based on pipeline activity and contact engagement.
  • Manual — Tasks created by you or your team.

Bulk actions

Select multiple activities and use bulk actions:

  • Bulk complete — Mark all selected tasks as done.
  • Bulk delete — Remove selected tasks (you will be asked for a delete reason).
