Booked55 integrates AI throughout the platform — from drafting personalised outreach emails to enriching contact records and reviewing your sales activities. You can also connect external AI clients like ChatGPT and Claude through the MCP Server.

Built-in AI features

These features are available directly inside the Booked55 dashboard and do not require any external setup.

Email drafting

Generate personalised outreach emails for any contact with one click. The AI uses the contact's profile, company information, and your previous interactions to write relevant, natural-sounding messages. You can adjust tone, length, and intent before sending.

Contact enrichment

Enrich contact records with publicly available information. The AI can fill in missing fields like job title, company, LinkedIn profile, and location — saving you hours of manual research.

Task review

The AI reviews your open tasks, upcoming deadlines, and recent activity to give you a prioritised summary of what needs attention. Use it at the start of your day to know exactly where to focus.

External AI clients (MCP)

The Booked55 MCP Server lets you use your favourite AI assistant to manage your CRM. Any MCP-compatible client can connect, including:

• ChatGPT — Connect via Apps & Connectors. See Connect ChatGPT to Booked55.
• Claude — Connect via Claude Desktop's MCP configuration. Point the endpoint to https://mcp.booked55.com.
• Cursor & other MCP clients — Any tool that supports the Model Context Protocol works.

AI customisation

Workspace admins can customise AI behaviour from Workspace Settings → AI Prompts. This lets you control the tone, style, and context the AI uses when drafting emails or enriching contacts.

Data privacy

Booked55 does not use your CRM data to train AI models. When you use built-in AI features, your data is sent to the AI provider (OpenAI) for that specific request only. When you use external clients via MCP, data flows through the client's own policies.
