Heatmaps & Date Ranges
Heatmaps give you a visual representation of your activity over time. Darker squares mean more activity on that day, making patterns and gaps immediately visible.
Reading the heatmap
The heatmap displays a calendar grid where each square represents one day. The color intensity reflects the volume of activity for that day — lighter for low activity and darker for high activity. Gaps (empty squares) indicate days with no logged activity.
There is a combined heatmap at the top of the Scoreboard that shows total activity across all six metrics, plus an individual heatmap for each metric below.
Drilling into a day
Click on any day in the heatmap to open a details panel for that specific date. The panel shows:
- Activities completed that day
- Contacts created
- Customers earned
- Referrals generated
- Events attended
This lets you audit exactly what happened on any given day — useful for weekly reviews or when investigating a drop in performance.
Customizing date ranges
By default, the Scoreboard shows the current year. You can change the time period using:
- Year selector — Switch between years to compare annual performance.
- Custom range — Set a specific start and end date to focus on a quarter, month, or any period.
When you change the date range, all metrics, averages, and heatmaps update to reflect the selected period.
Individual metric heatmaps
Each of the six metrics has its own heatmap below the combined view. Use these to identify metric-specific patterns. For example, you might see consistent activity completion on weekdays but zero referrals — signaling an area to focus on.
