Calendar View

The Calendar View shows your activities on a visual calendar, giving you a time-based perspective on your sales tasks. When connected to Google Calendar, your external calendar events appear alongside Booked55 activities.

Switching to Calendar View

On the Activities page, toggle between Listand Calendar views using the view switcher at the top of the page.

Google Calendar integration

To see your Google Calendar events alongside Booked55 activities, you need to connect your Google account:

1. Go to Profile → Integrations.
2. Click “Connect Google Calendar.”
3. Authorize Booked55 to access your calendar via OAuth 2.0.
4. Return to the Activities page and switch to Calendar View.

Using the calendar

The calendar displays:

• Booked55 activities — Tasks and activities scheduled for each day, color-coded by type.
• Google Calendar events — Your external meetings and appointments.

Click on any activity to open its detail. Navigate between weeks and months using the navigation arrows. This view is especially useful for planning your week and ensuring you have consistent outreach scheduled.

Best practices

• Review the Calendar View at the start of each week to plan your outreach.
• Use the date filter on the list view to see “This Week” tasks alongside the calendar.
• Schedule follow-up activities right after completing a meeting while context is fresh.
