Integrations

Booked55 integrates with Google Workspace to enable email sending, calendar synchronization, and email signatures. All integrations use OAuth 2.0, meaning Booked55 never sees or stores your Google password.

Gmail integration

Connecting Gmail lets you send emails directly from Booked55 — both individual emails from contact profiles and bulk emails via campaigns.

    Navigate to Integrations

    Go to Profile → Integrations from the sidebar.

    Click "Connect Gmail"

    This opens a Google OAuth 2.0 authorization window.

    Authorize access

    Sign into your Google account (if needed) and grant Booked55 permission to send emails on your behalf. Booked55 never stores your Google password.

    Verify connection

    Once authorized, the Integrations page shows your connected Gmail address with a "Connected" status.

Google Calendar integration

Connecting Google Calendar enables the Calendar View on the Activities page, showing your Booked55 tasks alongside your external calendar events.

The connection process is the same as Gmail — click “Connect Google Calendar” and authorize access.

Email signature

Below the Gmail integration, you can set up your email signature. This signature is appended to every outgoing email sent through Booked55 — both individual and campaign emails.

The signature editor supports basic formatting (bold, italic, links). Keep your signature professional and concise with your name, title, and contact information.

Troubleshooting

  • Connection expired — Google OAuth tokens can expire. If email sending fails, reconnect your Gmail integration.
  • Calendar not showing — Ensure you authorized calendar access (not just Gmail). Disconnect and reconnect if needed.
  • Send failures — Check that you haven't exceeded Gmail's daily sending limits (500 for free Gmail, 2,000 for Google Workspace).
