This guide covers the final steps of sending a campaign and what to expect after launch.
Launch checklist

Verify campaign is Ready
Ensure the campaign status shows "Ready" (contact filtering complete). If it still shows "Pending" or "Contact Filtering," wait for processing to finish.

Send a test email
Click "Test Email" to preview the campaign in your inbox. Verify subject, content, and variable rendering.

Review the contact list
Check the Contacts tab to confirm the right people are included. Remove anyone who should not receive the email.

Click "Send Emails"
Click the launch button. A confirmation dialog will appear showing the number of recipients. Confirm to start sending.

Monitor progress
The campaign status changes to "Running." Stay on the page or return later to see when it completes.
During sending
While the campaign is running:
- The status shows “Running”.
- Emails are sent in batches to avoid rate limits.
- You can check the campaign detail page for real-time status.
- Do not create duplicate campaigns while one is running.
After completion
When all emails have been sent, the status changes to “Completed.”The campaign detail page shows the final contact count and send status.
Handling errors
If the campaign status changes to “Error,” it means something went wrong during sending. Common causes:
- Gmail connection expired — Reconnect your Gmail integration at Profile → Integrations.
- Rate limits — Gmail has daily sending limits. If you exceeded them, wait 24 hours and try again.
- Invalid email addresses — Some contacts may have had invalid or unreachable email addresses.
Post-campaign best practices
- Follow up — Create activities to follow up with contacts who respond.
- Update pipelines — Move engaged contacts to the next pipeline stage.
- Review results — Note the campaign's effectiveness for future campaign planning.
