Search & Filter Companies

The Companies page provides search, sort, and pagination tools to help you find the right organization quickly.

Search

The search bar filters companies by name. Type at least two characters to start filtering. Results update in real time as you type.

Sorting

Sort options include:

• Created date — Newest or oldest companies first.
• Updated date — Recently modified first.
• Name — Alphabetical A-Z or Z-A.

Pagination

Choose page sizes of 10, 25, 50, or 100 records. Navigation buttons at the bottom move between pages. The total count of matching companies is shown above the table.

Global user filter

Use the global user filter in the top bar to restrict the view to companies created by a specific team member. This filter persists as you navigate between pages and sections.

Tips

• Use search to quickly find a company before a meeting.
• Sort by “Updated date” to see which company records have been recently modified by your team.
• Combine the global user filter with search to see only the companies a specific salesperson is working on.
