Company Detail

The company detail page gives you a complete view of an organization and the people connected to it. Access it by clicking a company name from the companies list.

Basic information

The top section displays editable fields:

  • Company name
  • Email — General company email.
  • Phone — Main phone line.
  • Website — Company URL (clickable link).
  • Location — City, state, and country.
  • Employee range — Min and max employees, helping you gauge company size for your prospect preferences.

All fields are editable inline. Click a value, update it, and the change saves automatically.

Linked contacts

Below the company info, you can see every contact linked to this company. Each contact shows their name, email, role, and a link to their contact detail page.

To link more contacts, either update the contact's company field from the contact detail page, or see Linking Contacts.

Company tasks

The Company Task Wizard lets you create tasks specific to this company. These might include research tasks, preparation for meetings, or follow-up items. Tasks created here also appear on the Activities page.

Editing and deleting

Use the edit button to modify company fields. The delete button removes the company record after a confirmation prompt. Deleting a company does not delete its linked contacts — those contacts remain but lose their company association.
