AI Email Drafting

Draft personalised outreach emails for any contact in seconds. The AI uses the contact's profile, company information, and your interaction history to generate relevant messages.

How it works

  1. Open a contact's detail page in the Booked55 dashboard.
  2. Click the AI Draft Email button (or look for the AI icon in the email composer).
  3. The AI generates a draft based on:
    • The contact's name, role, and company
    • Your previous interactions and notes
    • The contact's pipeline stage (if applicable)
    • Your workspace's AI prompt settings
  4. Review and edit the draft. Adjust the tone (formal, casual, friendly), length (short, medium, long), or intent (introduction, follow-up, proposal, check-in).
  5. Click Send or save it as a template.

Customising AI prompts

Admins can control the AI's default tone and context from Workspace Settings → AI Prompts. This ensures all AI-generated content matches your brand voice.
