AI Task Review

Start your day with a clear picture of what needs attention. The AI reviews your open tasks, upcoming deadlines, and recent activity to generate a prioritised summary.

How it works

  1. Open the Activities section in your Booked55 dashboard.
  2. Click the AI Review button.
  3. The AI analyses:
    • Overdue tasks and upcoming deadlines
    • Contacts you haven't followed up with recently
    • Pipeline deals that have been in the same stage too long
    • Recent activity and completion rates
  4. You receive a prioritised list of recommendations, such as:
    • "Follow up with Sarah Chen — last contact was 12 days ago"
    • "Acme Corp deal has been in Qualification for 3 weeks — consider moving it forward or marking it stalled"
    • "You have 4 overdue tasks — 2 are high priority"

Best practices

  • Run the AI review at the start of each workday
  • Use it after returning from time off to catch up quickly
  • Combine with the Scoreboard for a complete performance picture
