Contact Enrichment

Enrich your contact records with publicly available information using AI. Fill in missing fields like job title, company, LinkedIn profile, and location without manual research.

How it works

  1. Open a contact's detail page in the Booked55 dashboard.
  2. Click the Enrich with AI button.
  3. The AI searches publicly available sources to find information about the contact, including:
    • Current job title and role
    • Company name and industry
    • LinkedIn profile URL
    • Location and timezone
    • Professional background summary
  4. Review the suggested updates. Accept individual fields or apply all changes at once.

When to use enrichment

  • After importing contacts via CSV that have incomplete profiles
  • Before reaching out to a new prospect
  • When preparing for a meeting with a contact you haven't spoken to in a while

Company discovery

The MCP server also includes a search_company_ai tool that uses AI to discover company information when a standard database search returns no results. This is especially useful for finding companies by product name, industry description, or alternative spellings.
