Contact Detail
The contact detail page is where you see everything about a single contact. It is organized into tabs, each providing a different view of the relationship.
Knowledge tab
The default tab when you open a contact. It shows:
- Basic information — Name, email, phone, company, role, and client status.
- Social media — LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and website URLs.
- Client and roles — Whether the contact is a client and their assigned roles.
All fields are editable inline. Click a field value to update it, then press Enter or click away to save.
Conversations tab
View email conversations and communication history with the contact. If you have connected your Gmail integration, emails sent through Booked55 will appear here along with any replies.
Timeline tab
A chronological feed of every interaction and change related to the contact:
- Activities logged (calls, meetings, follow-ups)
- Pipeline stage changes
- Emails sent and received
- Notes and updates
You can add a new activity directly from the timeline using the “Add Activity” button.
AI Todo tab
Booked55's AI can generate suggested tasks for each contact based on their pipeline stage, recent activity, and engagement patterns. The AI Todo tab shows these suggestions along with any manually created tasks.
Referrals
The referrals card shows contacts referred by this person and contacts who referred them. Referrals are tracked as a key metric on the Scoreboard and help you understand your network growth.
Header actions
The contact detail header provides quick actions:
- Add Activity — Opens the activity wizard to log a call, meeting, or other interaction.
- Change Pipeline — Assign or move the contact to a different pipeline.
- Change Event — Link the contact to an event.
- Change Company — Associate the contact with a company.
