Search, Filter & Sort
As your contact list grows, search and filter tools become essential for finding the right people quickly. Booked55 provides several ways to narrow down your list.
Search
The search bar at the top of the Contacts page performs a real-time search across:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company name
Start typing at least two characters and results will update automatically. The search works in combination with any active filters.
Filters
The filter bar provides dropdown menus for narrowing your list:
| Filter | Options | Use case |
|---|---|---|
| Client status | All, Clients only, Non-clients only | Separate existing customers from prospects. |
| Pipeline | Any pipeline in your workspace | See contacts in a specific sales process. |
| Stage | Stages within the selected pipeline | Drill down to a specific step (e.g., “Proposal Sent”). |
| Event | Any event in your workspace | Find everyone attending a conference or networking event. |
| Missing email | Toggle on/off | Find contacts that need an email address before you can campaign to them. |
| Missing phone | Toggle on/off | Find contacts without phone numbers for outreach follow-up. |
Sorting
Click the sort dropdown to order your contacts by:
- Created date — Newest or oldest contacts first.
- Updated date — Recently modified contacts first.
- Name — Alphabetical (A-Z or Z-A).
Pagination
At the bottom of the table, pagination controls let you navigate between pages. Use the page size selector to show 10, 25, 50, or 100 contacts per page. A larger page size is useful when you need to scan through many records or select contacts in bulk.
Global user filter
In addition to page-level filters, the global user filter in the top bar restricts the entire Contacts view to records created by a specific user. This is separate from the page filters and applies across all sections of the dashboard.
