Event Attendance
The Attendance tab on the event detail page lets you track which contacts attended (or will attend) an event. This is essential for post-event follow-up and measuring event ROI.
Adding contacts to an event
There are two ways to add contacts as attendees:
- From the event detail page — Go to the Attendance tab and click “Add Contact.” A modal lets you search for existing contacts by name or email and add them to the attendee list.
- From the contacts list — On the Contacts page, click the “Change event” action on a contact row to link them to an event.
Attendee list
The Attendance tab shows a list of all linked contacts with their name, email, and a link to their contact detail page. The total attendee count is shown next to the event name on the events list.
Bulk adding attendees
If you receive an attendee list from an event organizer, you can CSV import those contacts first, then link them to the event using the “Change event” action. While there is no direct CSV-to-event import, the two-step process handles bulk attendance efficiently.
Impact on Scoreboard
Events attended is one of the six metrics tracked on the Scoreboard. Each event you attend (as logged in the system) contributes to your overall performance score.
