Account Setup

After creating your Booked55 account, there are a few steps to configure before your workspace is fully ready. This guide covers email verification, profile completion, integrations, and organization setup.

Email verification

When you register, Booked55 sends a verification email to the address you signed up with. Click the verification link to activate your account. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder.

Complete your profile

Navigate to Profile and fill in:

  • Display name — Your full name as it appears to team members.
  • Location — City, state, country, and zip code.
  • Social media — LinkedIn, Twitter, and other profiles help your team connect outside the platform.

Connect integrations

Booked55 integrates with Google Workspace for email and calendar:

  • Gmail — Send emails directly from contact profiles and campaigns. Connect via Profile → Integrations.
  • Google Calendar — Sync your calendar to view tasks in the Calendar View and schedule meetings.
  • Email signature — Set up your email signature under Integrations so it is appended to all outgoing emails.

Set up your organization

If you are the workspace owner, navigate to Organization to configure:

  • Organization name and business type (public, private, government).
  • Business industries and departments.
  • Client description — A brief description of your ideal customer.
  • Billing — Currency and GST number.

Invite your team

Once your organization is set up, invite team members from the Users page. Each user can be assigned a role (owner, admin, manager, operator, sales-person, or user) that controls their permissions.
