Quick Start Guide

This guide walks you through the essential steps to get Booked55 up and running. By the end, you will have a contact, a pipeline, and your first logged activity.

Six steps to get started

    Create your account

    Visit the Booked55 sign-up page and register with your email. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.

    Complete your profile

    After logging in, navigate to your Profile and add your display name, location, and social media links. This information appears when your team views your activity.

    Connect Gmail and Google Calendar

    Go to Profile → Integrations and connect your Google account. This enables you to send emails directly from Booked55 and sync your calendar for task scheduling.

    Create your first contact

    Navigate to Contacts and click "Add New Contact." Fill in the name, email, phone, and company. You can also import contacts in bulk using CSV Import.

    Set up a pipeline

    Go to Workspace Settings → Pipelines & Stages and create a new pipeline. Add stages like "Lead," "Meeting Booked," "Proposal Sent," and "Closed Won." Then add your contact to the pipeline.

    Log your first activity

    From the Activities page, click "Add Sales Activity." Record a call, meeting, or email. Activities are tracked on your Scoreboard so you can measure performance over time.
