Navigating the Dashboard

The Booked55 dashboard is organized around a collapsible sidebar that gives you quick access to every section of the platform. This guide explains the layout and how to move around efficiently.

Sidebar navigation

The left sidebar is your primary navigation. It is grouped into five sections:

Click any section name to expand it. The sidebar can be collapsed to save screen space by clicking the collapse button at the top.

Global user filter

At the top of the dashboard, you will find a global user filter (the avatar dropdown). This lets you filter data across the entire platform by a specific team member. When set, pages like Contacts, Pipelines, Activities, and Scoreboard will only show records created by or assigned to the selected user. See the full Global User Filter guide for details.

Organization switcher

Booked55 supports multi-tenancy — if you belong to multiple organizations, use the organization switcher in the sidebar header to move between workspaces. Each organization has its own contacts, pipelines, and settings. You can have different roles in each organization.

Quick-view panels

Throughout the app, clicking a contact, company, or event name in a table will open a right-side panel with a quick summary. This lets you review key details without leaving the current page.
