Global User Filter
The global user filter is a powerful tool in the top header of the Booked55 dashboard. It lets managers and team leads view the platform through any team member's lens — seeing only their contacts, pipeline items, activities, and scoreboard metrics.
Where to find it
The global user filter is a dropdown in the top bar of the dashboard, typically showing your own avatar or name by default. Click it to see a list of all users in your organization. Select a team member to filter the entire platform to their data.
What the filter affects
When you select a user in the global filter, the following pages show only that user's data:
| Page | Filtered by |
|---|---|
| Contacts | Shows contacts created by the selected user. |
| Companies | Shows companies created by the selected user. |
| Events | Shows events created by the selected user. |
| Activities | Shows activities assigned to the selected user. |
| Pipelines | Shows pipeline items assigned to or created by the selected user. |
| Campaigns | Shows campaigns created by the selected user. |
| Templates | Shows templates created by the selected user. |
| Scoreboard | Shows the selected user's metrics, heatmaps, and performance score. |
How to use it
- Click the user avatar or dropdown in the top header bar.
- Select a team member from the list.
- The entire dashboard now shows that user's data.
- Navigate to any page — the filter persists across page changes.
- To return to your own view, select yourself or “All Users” from the dropdown.
Combined with page-level filters
The global user filter works in addition to page-level filters. For example, on the Contacts page, you can set the global filter to a user and then further filter by pipeline, stage, or event. This combination lets you answer specific questions like “Which of Sarah's contacts are in the Proposal Sent stage?”
Who can use it
The global user filter is available to all users, but it is most useful for roles with oversight responsibilities:
- Owners and Admins — Can view all users' data for full organizational oversight.
- Managers — Can review their direct reports' performance and pipeline health.
- Sales-persons — Can view their own data (default view) and optionally see colleagues' data if permitted by the organization.
Best practices
- Use the filter before team meetings to prepare data-driven talking points.
- Compare team members' Scoreboard metrics to identify coaching opportunities.
- Reset the filter to “All Users” when done reviewing to see the full organizational picture.
- Combine with custom date ranges for period-specific reviews.
